Caramel Popcorn

1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup butter
30 large marshmallows
popcorn

Melt ingredients (except popcorn) in a heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring grequently to prevent scorching. Pour over popcorn. Don't expect it to last very long.

Spread out on wax paper to cool. Mine never makes it that far :) I usually have hands pulling it out of the bowl warm. Enjoy!!
