1 each red and orange pepper, sliced thin
1 cup of pineapple chunks
1/2 c water
4 tbs ketchup
1 tbs each mustard, maple syrup and brown sugar
1 tbs vinegar and grated onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp cornstarch
preheat oven to 350, place meatballs and pineapple and peppers in a baking
dish. Whisk the water, ketchup, mustard,
maple syrup, brown sugar, vinegar, onion, garlic and cornstarch together, pour
over meatballs.
Cook for about 30 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and sauce
is thickened. Serve over rice
